Brian Hill, Owner of Yacht Central with his two children has been in the marine industry over 15 years. Brian started his career in banking to include ownership of three lending Corp's. and multiple other business's. Brian Grew up sailing/motor boating the gulf coast to the keys and beyond to the Bahama's with cruises to include St.Thomas and Mexico further to South America. Brian started in boat sales in Pensacola and quickly became the G.M. of sales and soon after V.P. of a five store Boat dealership that covered the Florida northern gulf coast. Brian decided Yacht Brokerage would allow him a much larger demographic for multiple locations with a larger coverage area to full fill client needs and spend the time needed for his family. So, began Yacht Central. Brian is active on a daily basis and maintains top sales and top listings for the firm with clients covering the nation. Donnie Miller covers the western Gulf Coast north to Memphis,TN. Donnie has two daughters Danna, 14 and Elizabeth Miller, 10. He is a member of Coastal Conservation Association, Ducks Unlimited Association, Boats US, and Memorial Baptist Church (Citronelle, AL). Donnies hobbies consist of boating, fishing, relaxing on the Mobile Bay, and enjoying spending time with my family. Over my lifetime I have always owned a personal boat. My family and I have made long lasting memories, boating, some that I hope they treasure for eternity, just as my father and I were so lucky to experience! In my opinion, boating is an excellent way to spend valuable time with the ones you love. Just seeing the look on my girls faces when out on the open water is truly priceless! When boating with my girls, I start having flash backs of the great memories my father and I made cruising the amazing sea! Joel Hurlburt, Born and raised in Upstate NY my life was lived on Lake Ontario and surrounding waterways. As a small boy I was brought into sailing and boating by my entire family. Power boats, catamarans, and mono hulls were an everyday hobby in the spring, summer, and fall. The thoughts of being on the water throughout the winter lead me to cast off the dock lines and head south for full time year round cruising and living aboard. During this period, I spent my time living on the hook in the East Coast US, Bahamas, waterways of Florida and its coasts, finally making home port in the Tampa Bay area. Since then I have received my USCG 50- Ton Masters License w/ tow and sail endorsements. With this life style I have experienced a wide spectrum of vessels. I decided that I would like to assist people with their passion of boating.
Brian Smiley has been an avid boater for over 20 years. Brian grew up fishing and skiing the lakes and rivers around West Tennessee. After college he moved to Florida and made his lifelong passion into his career. Brian says "after working in every aspect of the marine business from detailing,service,business and finance to selling, The key to finding the right boat for my customers is listening to my clients needs and customer service"

Steve Kell grew up in Michigan and enjoyed his early years boating on the Great Lakes. He met his wife, Anne, while attending Michigan State University. They decided to move to Florida over 30 years ago to enjoy the warm sailing and power boating experience. All three of their children are grown and are all graduates of the University of Florida. Steve has over 40 years sailing and boating experience on the Great Lakes, Gulf of Mexico, the Virgin Islands and Mexico. He has raced and cruised in a large number of different sailboats since his arrival in Florida and thoroughly enjoys the Florida boating lifestyle. He has owned eight different powerboats and sailboats and realizes that the key to becoming a satisfied boat owner is to find that special boat which best satisfies an owner’s specific sailing or powering needs. Steve would be happy to work with you to find that “special” boat.
